Return Policy for Paintings
At Sine Arte, we believe that each painting is a unique and personal piece of art. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once a purchase is completed. Once a painting is sold and shipped, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with Dutch law, if you are within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving your painting, for any reason, as long as the item is in its original condition, unused, and still in its packaging. However, please note that custom-made or personalized paintings, once shipped, are excluded from this right. To exercise your cooling-off right, please contact us at info@sinearte.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and the painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once the item has been returned, we will inspect it to ensure it meets these conditions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your painting upon receipt. If it arrives damaged or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately at info@sinearte.com so we can resolve the issue. We will assess the situation and ensure that you are provided with a solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you’d like a different painting, you’ll need to initiate a return under the 14-day cooling-off period (if applicable), and then make a separate purchase for the new piece.
